FAQs
Common questions
Answers to what clients ask most often about the dashboard.
How often does the data refresh?
Dashboards load instantly from cache, then refresh in the background from each connected platform. A last-updated indicator on each module shows exactly when the data was last synced.
Can I see data from another client's account?
No. Each login is scoped strictly to your organization's workspace — cross-workspace access is not possible.
What if a connected account gets disconnected?
You'll see it reflected in that module (data will stop refreshing). Contact your account manager to reconnect the integration.
Do I need to log in again after connecting a new platform?
No. Once a platform is authorized, it refreshes automatically in the background — you don't need to reauthorize each session.
